Refund Policy

Replete prides itself on the quality of the products we sell. We only stock what we would be happy to have in our own home.

If for any reason the product you have received is not to your satisfaction please contact us immediately either via email info@replete.co.nz or phone us 07 3773011.

Please ensure all items are returned in an unused condition, with the original packaging and labels attached, within 7 days of receipt. 

Our courier requires that the package is signed for on receipt of the goods. If the parcel appears obviously damaged on arrival please DO NOT sign for the goods. Contact Replete immediately by phone or email and we will arrange for replacement. 

Any replacements are subject to stock on hand. We will endeavour to replace your product immediately and will keep you informed if there is a delay. 

If you are returning a product because “you just don’t like it”, that’s fine. We will fully refund the price of the returned goods but we will deduct the original freight from your refund and the return of goods will be at your cost.

When a product is being returned to Replete because of faulty goods we will cover all freight costs incurred by you.

Private Policy

We treasure our privacy like we’re sure you do! 

All your personal details will remain the sole property of Replete Food Co and will not be shared with any other parties. 

When you register your personal information online, you will enter your email and unique password. This allows you to log in and make any changes needed to your information securely.

While having a top notch time shopping online @ Replete Store, you are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making any purchases. 

We endeavour to photograph our products as realistically as possible however we can not guarantee that the image shown on your computer is true to the actual product.

Freight

We aim for you to receive your products as soon as possible but for reasons out of our control please allow up to 5 working days to receive your product/s. 

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.

South Island Shipping $35

Prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$) and include GST of 15%.  

Product availability

We will always endeavour to provide you with the product you wish to order, however if for some reason we cannot fulfil your wish list we will contact you and advise you of your options. 

Although a product may show “SOLD”, please don’t be put off – just contact us. More often than not we will be able to source it for you.
