Replete's Coffee Roaster, Craig Miller, has worked at writing a history of coffee as it sits within New Zealand's hospitality industry. This book looks at the first wave of coffee, in particular the rise of the coffee house from 1939 to 1979. 

Graphics are used to illustrate this history which includes work by New Zealands finest artists.
