Abel was founded in Amsterdam by New Zealander Frances Shoemack with a simple goal of wanting to create the worlds best natural perfume and she has done just that alongside Sao Paulo based Master Perfumer, Isaac Sinclair.
A few things that make Abel different to other perfumes is that their fragrances are made with 100% natural ingredients. They are vegan, cruelty free and ethically sourced. They also source ingredients from suppliers who have farmed the land for generations. As for the ingredients that cannot be sourced, they are the result of the latest natural scientific development- and both types of ingredients are needed to make the best perfume.
They believe that transparency is at the heart of the company which is why their full ingredient list is available. They strongly believe that you have the right to know all the ingredients of your perfume and where they come from, as you do in your food.
Abel are also big on sustainability, with 1% of all revenue going to meaningful, proactive environmental nonprofits. They also donate a meal to a child in need for every bottle sold online in collaboration with Mary's Meal. Within Europe all online orders are shipped carbon neutral.
Abel believes perfume has the ability enrich your daily life in a way nothing else can. They are making waves in the perfume industry by challenging the norm.

One of our favourites is Nourish. This was developed in collaboration with organic children's clothing brand Gray Label. It is a fragrance that celebrates and supports motherhood. All ingredients are safe pre & postpartum and there are specific ingredients such as ginger which helps with anti-nausea and rose and orange blossom that settles and energises wearing moments.
